CashwingPlain-language summary
Cashwing is a community for buying, selling, and earning together with respect. Deceiving, causing harm, harassing, or selling illegal or dangerous items is not allowed. If you see something that is not right, report it from the post, the profile, or the chat, or write to services@cashwing.net.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
Safety and violence. Threats, incitement to violence, extortion, human trafficking, criminal recruitment, support for terrorism or criminal organizations.
Harassment and discrimination. Harassment, humiliation, stalking, creating accounts to evade a block, hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Protection of minors. Zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes minors, grooming, sextortion, or requests for intimate material. We report it to the authorities. Do not post data or photos of minors without the authorization of their legal guardian.
Fraud and authenticity. Impersonating another person or business, fake profiles, fake receipts, phishing, sales of products that do not exist, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, promises of guaranteed earnings, illegal solicitation of money from the public, fake reviews, followers, or referrals.
Image and intimate content. Posting someone's intimate content without their consent, threatening to do so, deepfakes, or images manipulated to deceive or harm.
Self-harm. Promoting or teaching self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. If someone is in danger, let us know and call emergency services.
Privacy. Posting other people's personal data (address, phone number, documents, bank details, medical records) without authorization; extracting data in bulk; sending unsolicited bulk commercial messages.
Intellectual property. Piracy, counterfeits, use of other people's trademarks, music, photos, or videos without a license.
Technical integrity. Viruses, unauthorized access, bots, scraping, exploiting bugs, spam, networks of coordinated accounts used to deceive.
2. Prohibited products and services
The following may not be offered, sold, given away, exchanged, or promoted on Cashwing:
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, precursors, and paraphernalia for using them.
- Prescription or controlled medications, or medications that are counterfeit, expired, or lack sanitary registration where required.
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, silencers, and parts for making them.
- Counterfeits, replicas, pirated goods, illegal software, and devices for circumventing protections.
- Stolen goods or goods of questionable origin.
- Unsafe products or products recalled by the authorities.
- People, organs, blood, tissue, or biological material.
- Protected wildlife and plants and products derived from them.
- False documents, identities, accounts, passwords, or personal or financial data.
- Fraud or hacking tools, cloned cards, malware.
- Hazardous materials, and toxic or radioactive materials.
- Tobacco, nicotine, and vapes.
- Alcohol, except by licensed businesses, only to adults, and where permitted by law.
- Unauthorized gambling, betting, raffles, and lotteries. Cashwing's own games and activities (Win10, Situations, Collectibles, savings challenges) are not betting.
- Unauthorized financial products: illegal loans, investments with guaranteed returns, unauthorized crypto-assets, solicitation of money from the public.
- Sexual services or sexually explicit content.
- Anything that violates international sanctions, embargoes, or import and export controls.
- Any service that is illegal or violates the rights of other people.
Restricted categories (may require licenses, age verification, or documents): supplements, cosmetics, food, baby products, medical devices, vehicles, animals where legal, tickets, gift cards, jewelry, and health, legal, financial, real estate, transportation, and tourism services. A category being restricted does not obligate Cashwing to allow it.
It is prohibited to evade these rules through deliberate misspellings, photos instead of the name, codes, links, or alternate accounts.
3. What Cashwing does

A measure taken by Cashwing is not a declaration of criminal guilt. If there is new evidence, we may correct a decision.
4. Reports and appeals
- Report: use the report option on the post, the profile, or the chat, or write to services@cashwing.net.
- Copyrights and trademarks: send to services@cashwing.net your name, the work or trademark, the link to the content, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that you are the owner or are authorized. If you are the affected user, you may submit a counter-notice. Accounts that repeatedly infringe rights will be closed.
- Appeal: if you believe we made a wrong decision about your content or your account, write to us at services@cashwing.net within 30 days, explaining why. A person will review the case.
- False or bad-faith reports are also a violation.
