Plain-language summary

• What you post is yours. You give us permission only to display it within Cashwing, to the people you choose.
• We do not use your face, your name, or your videos in advertising outside Cashwing without your express and separate permission.
• Only post photos and videos that are yours or that you have permission to use, and ask for permission before posting other people, especially minors.
• You can request the removal of a photo or video of you that someone else posted without your permission.

1. Your content remains yours

Photos, videos, audio, text, courses, digital products, and other content you upload to Cashwing remain the property of their owner. Cashwing does not acquire ownership.

2. The permission you give Cashwing

By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and limited license to:

• Store, host, and make technical copies of your content.
• Technically adapt it (compress it, resize it, generate thumbnails, subtitles, or versions for other devices).
• Display and distribute it within the Platform, to the audience you chose (public, your contacts, a Club, or a chat).
• Allow other users to share it within Cashwing using the available features (for example, forwarding or sharing a link).
• Display your products and your store on Cashwing's public pages that are indexed by search engines (for example, "Stores on Google"), only if they are public.

This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backup copies kept for a reasonable time, what the law requires us to retain, evidence for a claim, and what other people have already legitimately shared.

3. What we DO NOT do without your express and separate permission

• Use your name, photo, voice, or video in Cashwing ads or campaigns outside the Platform (social media, television, billboards, public presentations).
• Sell or license your content to third parties.
• Use your private messages for advertising.

If we ever ask you for that permission, we will tell you exactly for what purpose, for how long, and in which media, and you may withdraw it at any time for future uses.

4. Your responsibilities

• Only post content that is your own or that you have a license or permission to use (supplier photos, music, trademarks, logos).
• Ask for authorization from the people who appear in your photos or videos before posting them, especially if they are clearly recognizable.
• Minors: do not post photos or videos of minors without the authorization of their mother, father, or legal guardian, and never in situations that expose them or put them at risk.
• Photos of your products must show the actual product you are selling.
• Do not use another person's likeness to impersonate them, deceive, create deepfakes, or harm them.

5. Cashwing Companion and artificial intelligence

• The photo you choose to create your Companion must be of you, your pet, a drawing, or an image you have the right to use. Do not use photos of other people without their permission, or photos of minors for roles that are not appropriate.
• The AI looks at the photo only once to describe its appearance; the photo is stored in your account, and only you see it in your Companion.
• AI-generated content on Cashwing (descriptions, course text) is for your use; check that it is accurate before publishing it.

6. Courses and digital products

The creator retains the rights to their course or digital product. Anyone who buys it (or receives it as a gift) obtains a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to view and use it; they may not copy, resell, or publish it. Certificates bear a code that anyone can verify.

7. Cashwing content

The CASHWING and ChatWing names, and Cashwing's logos, designs, videos, and materials, belong to Cashwing. You may share the links and materials that the Platform gives you to invite people or sell, without modifying them in a misleading way.

8. Requesting the removal of an image or content

If someone posted a photo or video of you without permission, or content that infringes your rights:

1. Use the report option on the post or the profile, or write to services@cashwing.net.
2. Provide the link to the content, who you are, and why it should be removed.
3. We will review the case and, if appropriate, remove the content and notify the person who posted it, who may respond.

Cases involving non-consensual intimate content or minors are handled as a priority and reported to the authorities.
